What is Required of You?

To become a Sprint Retail Sales Associate for SalesMakers, you are required to complete and pass an Online Assessment Test. The test will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. You will not be able to start training until you have completed the test.

In addition, you will be asked to submit to a Background Screening as well as a Drug Screening. Both will also need to be completed prior to your first day of training. Please have your Drivers License and Social Security readily available.

What is Next?

Your Talent Scout will be contacting you shortly to schedule a phone interview with your region’s Sales Director. Assuming all goes as expected, your Sales Director will provide you a link to the online Assessment Test and may even request a copy of your personal documents in order to begin the on boarding process immediately.
