Welcome to the SalesMakers family, we are excited to have you as part of our team! To ensure a smooth transition into your new position with us, please read this entire message as it contains important instructions and next steps to prepare you for your first day of Training.
Training
Along with the link to this message you should have received your scheduled Sprint Prepaid Training Date & Time, as well as your assigned LifeSize Training Room Number. If you have not yet received this information, please reach out to your SalesMakers Support Specialist immediately. Make sure to add a personal calendar reminder for yourself, as you will want to log in at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class. Go ahead, we will wait! Now that you have set your reminder, let’s go ahead and get connected to our EPM Cloud Technology by following these simple instructions:
- First, in order to access our web training from home you will need a computer, laptop or a tablet that is at least 10″, a functional webcam, and a high speed internet connection. We recommend you DO NOT use a Smart Phone for Training. The last thing you want to experience is a lagging connection or disruption of service.
- You will be required to use Google Chrome as your web browser. Once you have established a connection and opened the Chrome web browser you are now ready to begin your Sprint Prepaid Training.
- CLICK HERE to access the LifeSize Cloud Home Page where you will proceed with the remaining instructions. Make sure you login in at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your class.
- You will immediately be asked for permission to use your Webcam and Microphone, click “Allow”.
- Enter your assigned 6-Digit Training Room number, or “Video Number”. Remember, you were sent both the Training Day 1 & Training Day 2 numbers within the text/email that accompanied this message. Make sure to enter the assigned room number correctly, or you may run the risk of joining another training session irrelevant to your program.
- Finally, enter your Name and then click on the “Call” button to join the meeting.
NOTE: It is likely that once you sign in there will be other employees in the room so you will want to mute your line. The mute button can be found in the lower left hand corner of the video screen. Make sure you are dressed appropriately with business casual attire, actively engaged in the training, and there are no distractions in the background. Please refrain from Smoking , Eating and Laying Down. You will be asked to leave the room and/or be rescheduled for another time at the discretion of the Training Instructors.

LifeSize Cloud- Although you are not permitted to use your phone for Training, you will be utilizing this application in the field for team meetings
