SalesMakers Ambassadors –
You will be receiving your first box of promotional materials very soon, if you have not received already. The contents will include:
- 20 Flyers (color)
- 50 General Business Cards
- 20 Bracelets
- 20 Lanyards
…and should look something like this:
We realize your first box of materials contains a limited count of each item, but this amount should be enough for your first shift of recruiting. If you are successful and use the materials wisely, then your Referral and Hire count will reflect accordingly. At that point, you may request more materials and we will ship another box out to you immediately.
Some Do’s & Don’ts when using your promotional materials:
- Be Smart and Sparing with your materials…don’t be wasteful!
- Bracelets and Lanyards should only be given to those individuals that you submit for hire OR display a real enthusiasm for the job.
- Flyers should be either handed out in person to an interested individual, posted on an indoor/outdoor bulletin board, given to local businesses for advertising, and anywhere else you believe the flyer will be seen by a large group of people.
- DO NOT put your flyers on car windshields! We do not have a permit to blindly promote in public, nor do we offer the type of opportunity that is as common as a commercial service like a clothing store or restaurant. You will end up wasting your flyers.
- If you run out of Flyers quickly, you can either PRINT THIS FILE and make copies on your own, or request more from the HQ office. We prefer color copies, but we understand it is more expensive to print, so it is your choice.
- Business Cards should only be given out with your contact information clearly written on the backside. There should be no reason to have a potential recruit fill out their information on your card, that is why we have the Online Submission Form. The minimum you should exchange with a recruit in person is their Zip Code, Email and Phone Number. So make sure offer to to their phone or personal email, as it will allow you to capture their information.
- If you are working on a College Campus, Job Fair or any other event that requires a table set up, please print this Sign In Sheet to keep track of your referrals. You will still be required to enter each of your qualified referrals in to the in order for our Recruiting Department to follow up, but at least you will have the information documented in case you get too busy.
Don’t Forget To…
Always ask the Minimum Requirements before you submit your Referral!
- Are you 18+ Years Old?
- Do you have reliable transportation?
- You will need to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
- Do you have a Smartphone?
- Some Experience is not necessarily required, but preferred
If a Referral does not meet the Minimum Requirements then you will not receive credit for your submission.
Always reference the to find the closest available location(s) to your Referrals residential Zip Code!
We generally like to offer all Open Stores within a 20 mile radius of the Referrals Zip Code. However, if your Referral is willing to travel further for the opportunity than feel free to offer additional store(s). If there are no Stores available at the moment of submission you should still add the Stores # and make the Referral aware that we will contact them as soon as an opportunity becomes available. It is in your best interest to stay on top of all your Referrals as well and follow up accordingly!
Always fill out the completely for each qualified individual you refer!
Our Recruiting Department will only contact the Referrals that are submitted online. So make sure you enter each one as soon as you can. If a Referral decides to contact us directly without being submitted then you want to make sure they give your name so that you may receive credit.
